Job Summary
Respond to inquiries and schedule tours for residents and prospects, then greet and qualify leads using our software. Process applications with credit checks, obtain signatures on paperwork, and close sales while preparing units for move-ins. Maintain an active social media presence, promote resident retention through events, and collaborate with maintenance on service requests. Manage show rooms, conduct follow-ups, and complete all necessary lease and move-in documentation. Attend daily goal-setting meetings and utilize marketing strategies within budget limits to achieve property objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
- RPM Living participates in E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
