Job Summary
Respond to telephone and internet inquiries to schedule tours, greet and qualify prospects using Lead Management Software, and assist with applications and deposits. Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification, then submit them for Community Manager approval while maintaining an updated availability report. Show apartments, close sales, prepare units for move-ins, and obtain resident signatures on paperwork. Maintain an active social media presence, promote resident satisfaction by resolving service issues, and plan resident functions to enhance retention. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt responses to service requests and complete all necessary lease, move-in, and check-out paperwork. Utilize marketing strategies within budget limits to drive traffic and achieve property objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
