Job Summary
Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours, greet and qualify leads using Lead Management Software, and process applications with credit checks and rental history verification. Show apartments, close sales, and prepare units for move-ins while obtaining signatures and providing community orientation. Maintain an active social media presence, promote resident satisfaction by resolving service issues, and plan resident functions to enhance retention. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt responses to service requests and complete all necessary paperwork for leases, move-ins, and check-outs. Manage marketing strategies within budget limitations to drive traffic and achieve property objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
