Job Summary
Respond to resident and prospect inquiries to schedule tours, greet candidates using lead management software, and process applications with credit checks and rental history verification. Show apartments, close sales, and prepare units for move-in while obtaining signatures and providing community orientation. Maintain an active social media presence to enhance visibility, manage marketing strategies within budget limits, and project a favorable image of the community. Resolve resident complaints promptly, plan events to drive retention, and collaborate with maintenance on service requests. Attend weekly goal-setting meetings and complete all necessary paperwork for leases and check-outs. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a two-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
