Job Summary
Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours, greet and qualify leads using our software, and assist with applications and deposits. Process applications with credit checks, coordinate showings, and close sales by preparing units for move-ins and obtaining resident signatures. Maintain an active social media presence, plan resident functions to boost retention, and collaborate with maintenance on service requests. Complete all necessary paperwork for leases, move-ins, and check-outs while attending daily goal-setting meetings. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours based onsite at the apartment community.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
