Job Summary
Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours, greet and qualify leads using our software, and assist with applications and deposits. Process applications with credit checks, submit them for approval, and show apartments to close sales while preparing units for move-in. Maintain an active social media presence, promote resident satisfaction by resolving service issues, and plan community events to ensure retention. Collaborate with the maintenance team to address resident requests and complete all necessary lease and move-in paperwork. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
- RPM Living participates in E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
