Job Summary
Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours, greet and qualify leads using guest cards, and assist with applications and deposits. Process applications with credit checks, submit them for Community Manager approval, and follow up on applicant status. Show apartments, close sales, prepare units for move-ins, obtain resident signatures, and provide community orientation. Maintain an active social media presence, promote resident satisfaction by resolving service issues, and plan resident functions to enhance retention. Collaborate with the maintenance team on service requests and attend weekly goal-setting meetings. Manage show rooms, generate new leads, and execute marketing strategies within budget limits to achieve property objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
