Job Summary
Respond to resident and prospect inquiries to schedule tours, greet and qualify leads using guest cards, and assist with applications and deposits. Show apartments, close sales, and prepare units for move-ins while obtaining signatures and providing orientation. Maintain an updated availability report, process applications with credit checks, and follow up on applicant status after community manager approval. Promote resident satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and requests, and plan resident functions to enhance retention. Utilize marketing strategies within budget limits to drive traffic and project a favorable community image. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure prompt service request responses.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
Desired Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
