Job Summary
Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours, greet and qualify leads using guest cards, and process applications with credit checks and rental history verification. Show apartments, close sales, and prepare units for move-ins while obtaining resident signatures and providing orientation. Maintain an active social media presence, promote resident satisfaction by resolving complaints, and plan community events to enhance retention. Collaborate with the maintenance team to address service requests and utilize marketing strategies within budget limits to drive traffic. Complete necessary paperwork for leases and check-outs during peak periods while attending daily goal-setting meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
