Job Summary
Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours, greet and qualify leads using guest cards, and process applications with credit and rental history verification. Show apartments, close sales, prepare units for move-ins, and obtain signatures on paperwork while maintaining an active social media presence. Promote resident satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints, planning community functions, and collaborating with maintenance teams to resolve service requests. Complete all necessary lease, move-in, and check-out paperwork in a timely manner. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
