Job Summary
Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours, greet and qualify leads using our Lead Management Software, and assist with applications and deposits. Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification, submit them for Community Manager approval, and follow up on applicant status. Show apartments, close sales, prepare units for move-ins, obtain resident signatures, and provide community orientation. Maintain an active social media presence, promote resident satisfaction by resolving service issues, and plan resident functions. Complete necessary paperwork for leases, move-ins, and check-outs while collaborating with the maintenance team. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and attend weekly goal setting meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
Desired Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
