Job Summary
Respond to resident and prospect inquiries to schedule tours, greet candidates using lead management software, and qualify prospects while adhering to Fair Housing requirements. Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification, submit them for Community Manager approval, and close sales by showing apartments, preparing units for move-in, and obtaining resident signatures. Maintain an active social media presence, promote resident retention through community events and functions, and collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve service requests. Complete all lease, move-in, and check-out paperwork during peak periods. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays in an open office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
