Job Summary
Respond to inquiries and schedule tours for residents and prospects. Greet guests, process applications with credit checks, and manage lease signings while adhering to Fair Housing requirements. Show apartments, close sales, and prepare units for move-in. Maintain social media presence and plan resident functions to drive retention. Collaborate with maintenance on service requests and attend daily goal meetings. Complete all necessary paperwork for leases and move-ins.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
- RPM Living participates in E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
