Job Summary
Respond to resident and prospect inquiries to schedule tours, greet candidates using lead management software, and process applications with credit checks. Show apartments, close sales, and prepare new residents for move-in by obtaining signatures and providing orientation. Maintain social media presence, promote resident retention through events, and collaborate with maintenance on service requests. Complete lease, move-in, and check-out paperwork during peak periods. Work flexible hours including nights and weekends to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
