Job Summary
Respond to resident and prospect inquiries to schedule tours, greet and qualify leads using property management software, and process applications with credit and rental history verification. Show apartments, close sales, and prepare units for move-ins while obtaining signatures on lease paperwork. Maintain an active social media presence, plan resident functions, and promptly resolve service issues to promote satisfaction. Collaborate with maintenance on resident requests, utilize marketing strategies within budget limits, and attend daily goal-setting meetings. This onsite role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a valid driver's license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
