Job Summary
Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours, greet and qualify prospects using lead management software, and assist with applications and deposits. Process applications with credit checks, maintain availability reports, and coordinate showings to close sales while preparing units for move-in. Manage resident relations by addressing complaints, planning community events, and collaborating with maintenance teams to resolve service requests. Utilize marketing strategies within budget limits to drive traffic and promote the community's favorable image. Maintain an active social media presence and complete all necessary paperwork for leases and move-ins. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
- RPM Living participates in E-Verify

- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
