Job Summary
Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours, greet and qualify leads using guest cards, and process applications with credit checks and rental history verification. Show apartments, close sales, obtain resident signatures, and provide community orientation while maintaining an active social media presence. Promptly address complaints and service requests to promote resident satisfaction, plan resident functions, and collaborate with maintenance on service requests. Utilize marketing strategies within budget limits to drive traffic and project a favorable community image. Complete necessary paperwork for leases, move-ins, and check-outs while attending goal-setting meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
