Job Summary
Leasing Renewal Associate responsible for proactively managing lease expirations and renewal discussions with residents, negotiating lease terms and rental rates, preparing and processing renewal agreements, and maintaining accurate renewal records. Collaborates with the leasing team, maintenance staff, and property managers to ensure smooth renewals, staying informed on local rental market trends to assist in pricing strategies and lease terms. Requires licensed real estate agent credentials, 2+ years in property management or related fields, 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency with Google Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate Agent
- 2+ years of experience in Property Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service position
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Phenomenal communication skills, both written and verbal
- High Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use Google Suite
