Job Summary
Leasing Associate for Heritage Real Estate focused on driving short-term specialty leasing across Albuquerque properties. Responsibilities include sourcing local and regional operators, negotiating short-term lease/license agreements, managing the deal pipeline, coordinating with internal teams to execute leases, and supporting events and activations to reduce vacancy. Core activities include aggressive prospecting (cold calling, in-person outreach, door-to-door canvassing, networking), conducting tours and sales presentations, negotiating terms, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring accurate invoicing, rent collection, and record-keeping. The role requires ability to walk properties (up to 40 lbs) and occasional local travel, with evenings/weekends as needed; a valid driver’s license and proficiency with CRM and MS Office are required. The position offers a base salary of $55,000 plus performance-based incentives, with Albuquerque, NM as the primary work location.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of sales, leasing, or business development experience
- Experience in retail leasing, office leasing, coworking, commercial real estate, or B2B sales preferred
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel locally
- English fluency required
