Job Summary
Leasing Associate at GHP serves as the face of the community, handling prospect inquiries, coordinating tours, processing applications, and guiding new residents through move-in. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years in sales or customer relations, ability to multitask, and valid driver's license with insurance where required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years' practical experience in sales or customer relations
- Valid Drivers License and current car insurance (may be required at some properties)

- Knowledge of Fair Housing preferred
- General computer skills
- Background check / eligibility to work in the United States
