Job Summary
Leasing Associate responsible for meeting with prospective residents, presenting available apartments and amenities, guiding tours along the team’s tour path, answering inquiries with standard sales techniques, and using closing methods to rent units. Maintain data entry for Fair Housing compliance, perform follow-up, assist with market surveys (occupancy, rental rates, concessions), coordinate with marketing and team efforts, and support property operations (office duties, vendor/contractor coordination, tenant communications). Strong customer service, sales/marketing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work a varied schedule including weekends/holidays, and a commitment to high attendance and professional conduct. Training and performance reviews provided; compensation range is $22-$24 per hour with bonus/commission potential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years working in sales or customer service
