Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional resident experience by conducting daily inspections of tour-ready units, maintaining a clean model and tour path, and managing prospect and resident follow-ups. Drive leasing success from first contact to move-in by leading inquiries, conducting tours, coordinating seamless move-ins, and leveraging marketing and technology to achieve revenue and occupancy goals. Support lease renewals and occupancy tracking while ensuring full compliance with Fair Housing, Tax Compliance, and all applicable regulations. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, balancing desk work with up to eight hours of community touring, unit cleaning, and social media management.
Required Qualifications
- Brings proven sales and customer service experience
- Genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident experience
- Comfortable balancing desk work with being on your feet
- Ability to tour the community for a period of up to 8 hours
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to clean units
- Ability to manage social media
- Ability to use standard office tools like computers and phones
- Can work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a post-offer criminal background check
