Job Summary
Leasing Associate at Continental Properties for Springs at DeForest in DeForest, WI. Responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience, driving leasing from first contact to move-in, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and coordinating seamless move-ins. Uses creative marketing and technology to achieve revenue and occupancy goals; manages prospect and resident follow-ups, move-in inspections, and lease renewals while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations. Will tour the community, balance desk work with on-your-feet activity, and support a best-in-class resident experience along with a strong focus on customer service and sales success. Strong emphasis on maintaining a professional attitude, inspecting tour-ready units, and contributing to a positive on-site community environment.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Touring the community and conducting move-in inspections can be required
- Experience with marketing, advertising, or resident events is a plus
