Leasing Associate - Bristol Grapevine

The Leasing Associate conducts daily leasing activities to meet occupancy and rent-growth goals, builds rapport with prospects and residents, completes lease paperwork, tours the property to present amenities, handles move-ins and follow-ups, qualifies prospects, and uses sales tools to close deals. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries (phone, internet, in-person), logging requests, ensuring move-in readiness, performing light bookkeeping (rent calculations, delinquent notices), and maintaining a professional product presentation of the property. Must communicate status to team, stay current on market information, and follow up with prospects within specified timeframes. The role emphasizes customer service, sales process discipline, data entry into the database, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
