Leasing Associate - Bilingual Preferred

Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours, greet and qualify leads using property management software, and assist with applications and deposits. Show apartments, process credit checks and rental history verification, and close sales by obtaining signatures and providing community orientation. Maintain an active social media presence, plan resident functions, and promptly resolve service issues to promote retention. Collaborate with the maintenance team, attend goal-setting meetings, and complete all necessary paperwork for leases and move-ins. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and Saturdays, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.
