Job Summary
Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites while crafting compelling property narratives and developing marketing strategies. Manage social media campaigns and online listings, then build rapport with prospective residents to close leases. Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups, collaborating with Portfolio Managers and the broader leasing team. Use tools and data to track performance and improve outcomes. This role supports the portfolio of several Bellevue PODS communities, where you become the face of our communities to prospective tenants.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- A professional, can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities
- Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations
- A desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from experienced mentors
- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Location: Bellevue
