Job Summary
Maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting leasing activities, providing tours, and securing rentals while promoting resident retention. Schedule appointments, coordinate move-ins, and inspect apartments with new residents to complete necessary paperwork. Develop and monitor merchant referral programs, recommend strategies to increase qualified traffic, and maintain shop scores of 85% or higher. Process application fees, security deposits, and rents accurately, entering prospect data into Entrata. Walk the property for curb appeal, monitor service operations to ensure requests are completed within 24 hours, and assist with resident functions. Work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with weekend and holiday availability on a rotating schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education)
- Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and leasing compliance
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs
- Occasionally requires lifting 20 pounds or less
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

- Experience with RealPage is preferred
- Bilingual or multi-lingual experience is a plus
