Job Summary
Monitor and maintain model and tour routes daily, assist with property curb appeal, and track leasing data and metrics. Develop retention and acquisition strategies, manage vendor relationships, and organize monthly resident and marketing events. Prepare for housing fairs, execute social media campaigns, and ensure follow-up activities for prospective residents. Collect rents and security deposits within budget constraints while documenting all company purchases. Facilitate annual leasing training, assist in roommate placement, and mediate conflicts between residents. Survey common areas for cleanliness and report safety risks to the Community Manager. Ensure confidentiality of client information and adhere to Landmark Properties policies while maintaining a professional work environment.
