Job Summary
Present a professional approach to remedy Neighbor concerns and follow up as necessary to ensure the Ultimate Neighbor Experience. Assist other Neighbor Ambassadors with closing leases, help create strategic sales and marketing programs to maximize rental activity, and develop an intimate knowledge of market conditions. Take a proactive role in the preparation and maintenance of Neighbor profiles, assist with pricing, concessions, occupancy reporting, and collections, and supervise the leasing team by providing general training and development while setting goals and celebrating milestones. Schedule includes regular days off between Monday through Friday, with weekend shifts during peak neighborhood activity. Bachelor's degree preferred; two years' leasing experience required.
Required Qualifications
- at least two years' experience in a leasing position
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for regular days off that fall between Monday through Friday
