Job Summary
Present professional Neighbor Relations by remediating concerns and planning events to ensure a five-star customer experience. Execute leasing activities by assisting in closing transactions, creating strategic sales programs, and developing market knowledge. Manage daily operations through profile preparation, pricing adjustments, occupancy reporting, and collections. Lead the leasing team by providing training, setting goals, and celebrating milestones. Work weekends during peak neighborhood activity with regular days off between Monday through Friday. Requires at least two years of leasing experience and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
