Job Summary
Leasing and Contract Administrator responsible for overseeing lease administration, contract management, and related documentation. Responsibilities include preparing/reviewing/processing lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and terminations; drafting and tracking contracts; maintaining accurate files; ensuring regulatory and policy compliance; generating reports on lease status and contract terms; assisting with rent calculations and reconciliations; supporting real estate transactions including acquisitions/dispositions; coordinating due diligence; serving as the liaison between landlords, tenants, legal professionals, and internal teams; and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in lease, real estate, and contract administration.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma in business, real estate, or legal administration
- 2–5 years of experience in lease administration within a commercial real estate or property management setting in Ontario
- Proficiency with lease administration software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and document management systems
- Primarily office-based, with occasional site visits as required
