Job Summary
Conduct all tasks necessary to close the sale in accordance with LEASE training guidelines, including generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and leading follow-ups. Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, explain housing contracts and addendums, and assist in planning on- and off-campus marketing events to meet sales goals. Perform daily opening and closing checklists, model inspections, and housekeeping as needed, while responding to internet and telephone inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain detailed activity logs and notes in prospective resident accounts, and participate in Move-in activities including unit inspections, make-readies, and extended hours during university closings and move-in periods. Work an average of 15 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess strong organization skills
- Must be reliable and have self-discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Must be available to work an average of 15 hours per week including: Evening and weekend hours University closings (Spring/Fall/Winter Breaks, Summer months) Move-in period (Extended hours will be required as necessary.)
- Must be able to communicate and manage your time effectively
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to clearly communicate all information to prospective residents and guarantors
- Must be able to Generate new leads
- Must be able to Schedule & conduct tours
- Must be able to Lead follow up
- Must be able to Assist in promoting the community via social media platforms
- Must be able to Assist with email and text campaigns utilizing the Property Management Software
- Must be able to Perform daily opening and closing checklists, including model & tour route inspections, performing housekeeping as needed
- Must be able to Respond to internet and telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Must be able to Keep detailed activity logs and notes in prospective resident accounts
- Must be able to Adhere and comply with corporate procedures and government laws on Fair Housing
- Must be able to Assist Operations Team with Move-in Day as needed
- Must be able to conduct Unit inspections
- Must be able to perform Unit make-readies such as cleaning, painting, and furniture placement
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Public Relations, etc.
