Job Summary
Conduct all tasks necessary to close the sale, including generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling and leading tours, and following up with prospective residents. Guide guests through the leasing process while communicating housing contract details and addendums clearly. Perform daily opening and closing checklists, including model and tour route inspections, and handle internet and telephone inquiries professionally. Assist with email and text campaigns, promote the community via social media, and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events. Work an average of 15 hours per week including evening, weekend, and university closing hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess strong organization skills
- Must be reliable and have self-discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Must be available to work an average of 15 hours per week including: Evening and weekend hours University closings (Spring/Fall/Winter Breaks, Summer months) Move-in period (Extended hours will be required as necessary.)
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Public Relations, etc.
