Job Summary
Conduct engaging, informative, and personalized unit and property tours for prospective tenants at the Rivana Residence apartment building in Maple Ridge. Act as a building ambassador to build rapport with residents, communicate the value of amenities and the neighborhood, and ensure show suites and common areas remain consistently high-quality and tour-ready. Maintain accurate records and reporting on weekly showings and building feedback while assisting the building manager with day-to-day operations and marketing administrative tasks. This 6-month term position starts August 1, 2026, with flexibility for weekend and evening showings, offering a competitive wage of $22.00 per hour plus commission on new rentals.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work on-site in Maple Ridge, British Columbia
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in sales or customer service
- Residential leasing and property management experience
- Proven customer service skills and ability to maintain positive relationships
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local rental regulations and rental market
