Job Summary
Conduct sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals by greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, and managing credit screenings. Inspect units pre-move-in, coordinate maintenance for show quality, and execute marketing plans including resident referrals and online outreach. Utilize property management software to track availability and resident data, while following up with prospects and renewing residents to ensure satisfaction and timely lease signings. Respond promptly to resident concerns and document requests. Requires a driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and ability to pass a criminal background check.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- one-year of marketing or related experience in a busy, professional office environment
- proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Competent computer skills, including MS Office
- knowledge of office equipment

- Current driver's license issued by state of residence

- Must be able to carry up to 35 pounds
