Job Summary
Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents while guiding applicants through the leasing process, including applications, approvals, and lease signings. Prepare and process lease packages with accuracy, administer renewals to maintain optimal rates, and conduct regular inspections of vacant units and common areas. Track traffic sources to maximize marketing effectiveness, research monthly competitive market reports, and address resident inquiries with professionalism. Requires an NYS Real Estate Salesperson's License, ability to work weekends, and familiarity with Hudson Yards. Based in Midtown West across luxury rental properties.
Required Qualifications
- NYS Real Estate Salesperson's License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 1–2 years of prior leasing experience
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws, HSTPA-2019, Good Cause Eviction, and the Fare Act
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Yardi, On-Site, Building Link, and Nestio
- Familiarity with Hudson Yards neighborhood
