Job Summary
Leasing vacant apartment homes through in-person or virtual tours; assist applicants with the leasing process; manage the leasing cycle per FPM guidelines; handle CRM queue (Client Relationship Manager); coordinate daily operations including resident retention efforts and marketing plan execution; maintain knowledge of property facts and leasing procedures; ensure model and target apartments are ready for showings; comply with Fair Housing training; contribute as a team player to site upkeep and community cleanliness; utilize company software including Yardi and Bluemoon; demonstrate strong communication and closing skills; maintain a positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
Required Qualifications
- Must complete Francis Property Management training
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Proficiency with MS Office, Yardi, Bluemoon
- Ability to walk/stand/climb stairs to tour property
- Ability to lift 5-10 pounds
- CRM management skills
- Experience with leasing process and resident relations
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
