Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract prospective tenants and maintain high occupancy rates. Conduct property tours showcasing amenities and floor plans while greeting residents and ensuring move-in requirements are met. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to proactively promote the property and its surrounding community. Provide timely follow-up to inquiries from various sources and maintain accurate records of prospect sourcing information. Collaborate with community outreach organizations to generate interest and monitor marketing effectiveness for optimal return on investment. Collect and analyze market data on competing properties to stay informed of trends. Ensure units are in pristine condition before scheduled tenant move-in dates. This role requires a minimum of three years of leasing experience and Fair Housing Certification, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
