Leasing Agent

Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors while generating leads through effective phone and email follow-up. Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with prospects, build relationships to finalize lease decisions, and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, ensuring satisfaction and consistent engagement. This role requires previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments, bilingual skills, and the ability to read and understand a ledger. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, with Saturday shifts rotating with the assistant manager.
