Job Summary
Maintain and update vacancy lists for all available residential properties while managing marketing platforms to promote listings effectively. Respond to online inquiries and phone calls in a timely manner, conduct property showings for prospective tenants, and ensure all application information remains complete and accurate. Receive, delegate, and track maintenance requests, perform move-in and move-out inspections, and provide excellent customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction. This role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a Residential Leasing License within 120 days of hire.
