Leasing Agent

Leasing Agent responsibilities include touring prospective residents and showcasing the community, guiding applicants through leasing, move-ins, and renewals, processing applications and maintaining resident files, tracking leads and supporting leasing and marketing efforts, responding to resident inquiries, inspecting model units and common areas, supporting outreach and community engagement, and maintaining a clean, professional leasing office. The role requires strong communication and people skills, organization and attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, property management systems), and a positive, customer-focused mindset. 1+ year of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred; lease-up experience a plus.
