Greet prospects, tour and show community, convert prospects to residents, process income and employment verification, engage in online marketing, participate in resident events, ensure fair housing and regulatory compliance, walk the property and help maintain model apartments; requires ability to work weekends and pass qualification standards; benefits include insurance, 401(k), vacation, and commissions. Office hours are typical weekday and weekend shifts with some variation by property; located in Raleigh, NC. Knowledge of ResMan a plus; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting OR 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Valid driver license and auto liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
