Job Summary
Leasing Agent at Grant Valley Ranch responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the community, generating leases, and converting prospects to residents. Contribute ideas to marketing and resident satisfaction, ensure alignment with S2 Residential’s values, and manage leasing processes including income and employment verification, online marketing, and fair housing/compliance. Responsibilities include touring properties, closing on qualified applicants, engaging in resident events, performing property walks, and maintaining office/model spaces. Requires 1 year of leasing in multifamily or 2 years of customer service, strong communication, detail orientation, and reliability, plus valid driver’s license and insurance. Weekend availability, ability to climb stairs and walk large areas, and willingness to participate in onboarding, mentorship, and company programs are expected. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service experience
- Must be consistently detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to listen and understand goals
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Knowledge of ResMan a plus
- Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required
- Must have reliable transportation
