Job Summary
Greet prospects, present the community, capture leases, and convert prospects to residents at Ash at the Branch. Process income, rental, and employment data to verify qualification standards while performing outreach and online marketing. Engage with residents, participate in events, and manage fair housing and regulatory compliance. Walk the property, clean the office and model apartments, and contribute ideas to the Management team on marketing and resident satisfaction. Ensure the resident experience aligns with S2 Residential's mission. Full-time hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability and weekend work as needed. Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years' experience in customer service
- Must be consistently detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to listen and understand goals
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Valid driver license and auto liability insurance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments
- Ability to walk several acres to tour community
- Some lifting; up to 25lbs
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods at a time
- The Leasing Agent position requires the ability to work weekends
