Job Summary
Greet walk-ins, answer calls, and schedule appointments for available units, then tour models and amenities to match prospects to floor plans. Process applications with income and credit screening, prepare lease documents, and maintain accurate guest cards and conversion data in the property management system. Follow up on every lead via phone, text, and email until closure, while conducting competitor market surveys and contributing content for social media. Welcome new residents for move-in orientations, run renewal outreach, and route service requests to maintenance. Walk vacant units for market-ready condition, note maintenance issues, and assist with general administrative tasks. Hit weekly leasing and closing-ratio goals, with availability to work Saturdays and evenings during peak season.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year in sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, restaurants, or another customer-facing role
- Comfortable asking for the sale and following up persistently without being pushy
- Strong written and verbal communication; professional phone and email presence
- Basic computer skills (email, calendars, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Availability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings during peak leasing season
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Prior multifamily leasing experience
- Working knowledge of Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or comparable property management software
- Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements and the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
