Leasing Agent

Greet, qualify, show, and close prospective residents while inviting them to tour and recording traffic and leasing activity. Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork, walk through units to ensure readiness, and review lease addendums before moving residents in. Promote leasing, retention, and occupancy by maintaining market surveys, managing the hospitality center, and promoting other income items. Handle resident retention through renewal paperwork, accept rental payments, and prepare service requests to assign staff duties. This full-time role is based at our Fridley, Minnesota apartment community, offering a friendly, motivated environment for an individual focused on customer service and lasting influence.
