Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, and convert prospects into residents while responding promptly to all leasing inquiries. Process rental applications, prepare lease documents, and maintain accurate records in Entrata or other property management software. Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including high-quality photos and videos of apartments and community events. Plan and execute campaigns to increase leasing activity, assist with resident events and local partnerships, and ensure the leasing office and model apartments remain tour-ready. Meet monthly leasing and occupancy goals. Valid driver's license and ability to work weekends as needed required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
- Experience managing business social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Comfortable creating videos, reels, and other digital content
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Professional appearance with a positive, outgoing personality
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Entrata is a plus
