Job Summary
Leasing Consultant to conduct property tours for prospective tenants, respond to leasing inquiries via phone/email/in-person, build relations with residents, process lease applications including credit/background checks, prepare lease agreements, coordinate move-ins/outs, assist with renewals and community events, and maintain leasing activity records. Must have 1+ year property management experience (preferred), proficiency in MS Office and property management software OneSite and Real Page, and strong communication/customer service skills. Role requires Saturdays and is based in Houston, TX (Ascot Court).
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in property management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software OneSite and Real Page
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Note: This position requires you to work Saturdays.
