Job Summary
Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, process applications, and coordinate lease signings while ensuring apartments are move-in ready. Inspect marketing corridors and show units daily, communicate maintenance needs, and execute marketing activities including resident referrals and employer outreach to drive occupancy. Manage resident and prospect data using on-site property management software, follow up with new residents to ensure satisfaction, and execute lease renewal programs by contacting residents and finalizing documents. Respond promptly to resident concerns and document requests. Requires two years of multifamily leasing experience, weekend availability, and a clean criminal history. Capstone Management offers competitive market pay plus commissions, medical/dental/vision, 401K, and time off.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry
- Solid sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Active listening skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Tax Credit Experience Required
- Weekends Required
