Job Summary
As a Part-Time Leasing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting apartment tours, following up with prospects, assisting residents with requests, coordinating maintenance, and preparing lease documentation. You need strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, along with a proactive approach and a positive attitude. Experience in leasing or customer service is preferred.
